The redesign reflects the firm's continued growth in project volume, client base and consultant network across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, laboratory and clinical research sectors.
The new site presents the firm's technical work — quality systems, cGMP compliance, process and computer system validation, laboratory compliance and data integrity, investigations and remediation — in a structure that lets clients quickly identify the right expertise for the problem in front of them. Individual consultant profiles now provide detail on each professional's FDA and industry background, technical focus and sector experience, so prospective clients can see who would actually perform the work before an engagement begins.
A new client dashboard is being introduced in stages. When fully deployed, it will give active clients a single secure environment to connect with their project team, exchange and upload documents, and follow project and request status through the life of an engagement.
The firm is also expanding its consultant network. Former FDA investigators, former compliance officers and senior industry quality, validation, manufacturing and clinical specialists are invited to submit a resume for consideration for current and upcoming project work.
